The location in downtown was perfect for us, allowing us easy access to all the sights and attractions. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Room service was efficient and the housekeeping team kept our room spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car hire and dry cleaning services. The hotel even offered a grocery shopping service, which was a nice touch.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good AC. the breakfast options were diverse and tasty, with a lot of great selections to choose from.
I had a couple of issues with the hotel. the staff at the reception weren't very friendly and welcoming, which disappointed me a bit.

Spending New Year's Eve in this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious foods and great drinks. The hotel is located in a convenient spot right near all the best shops and restaurants. We also loved how spacious the rooms were, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
That the heating in our room wasn't working properly, which made our stay a bit chilly. the hotel’s fitness center wasn't up to our standards, as it was small and not very well-equipped.
